That's something I believe in.
Here I am with brow diva Armond Hambrick in New York City. He's prepping my face for a wax/tease. Armond also does eyelash tinting, makeup applications and other facially friendly treatments.
It's amazing what well-groomed eyebrows and a little mascara can do for anyone's face.
Armond gave me the least painful eyebrow wax I've ever had in my life. It was so painless, I actually wondered if he was doing anything. He was quick about waxing, but he wasn't rushing. He used a small amount of wax -- so there was no stickiness or goo or glop.
I loved that Armond took the time to show me what he was doing with my brows. And I liked that he asked me if the tweezing was tolerable. So many people never bother to ask, and they tweeze as if you don't have nerves or pain receptors. They will see my eyes tear up and keep plucking away.Anyway, after the wax, Armond showed me how he applied a light brown powder and a highlighter. Armond is a big fan of full brows. And so am I. He says skinny brows makes people looked older. I agree.
No wonder I'm smiling. I look pretty good, don't I?
