I'm always skeptical of facial wipes because they usually sting my face. Also, they often leave a yucky film on my skin. But recently I was introduced to Simple's facial wipes. They are all the rage in the U.K.  You can buy them in New York at Duane Reade. They are great for sensitive skin because they have no perfumes, dyes, or oil and they are alcohol-free. But they still remove eye makeup. Oh yeah, they're budget-friendly at $5.99 a package. Can't beat that.

Introducing M.A.C.'s new lip kits.

M.A.C. is offering a combo of lipsticks and glosses and brush sets. Brush sets are wonderful because they are great for travel. I saw these kits at the M.A.C. store on Columbus Ave. in New York City. 

I'm trying not to spend money these days or else I could have been convinced to buy one. Also, for some random the reason, the store was smelly.

Oh well. Bad news for M.A.C., good news for my wallet.
